- 1.)Will you deliver outside of your stated delivery area?
- If we have enough advanced notice we will make every attempt to deliver outside of Fairfax and Loudoun counties, however it is not always possible to coordinate our schedule to allow us to do so when local deliveries are scheduled. We deliver anywhere in Fairfax or Loudoun Counties for free, for locations outside of these counties, please call, there may be a supplemental delivery fee.
- 2.) Will you let us keep the moonbounce overnight?
- Unlike most of our competitors we will let our customers keep the moonbounces overnight. If the moonbounce is reserved for the following day, we generally cannot reserve the moonbounce for overnight use. To reserve for multiple days is $50 for each additional day. We will also give supplemental instruction when we are leaving it overnight. We will work with you as best we can, please call our customer service for additional information.
- 3.) How much does it cost to rent a moonbounce?
- Our rentals start as low as $160.
- 4.) How long is a full day?
- We define a full day as delivery prior to noon and pick up
after 6 pm. - 5.) Can I arrange for different set up and take down times?
- We will do our best to accommodate your request in conjunction with our delivery schedule.
- 6.) Do I have to have the moonbounce delivered, can I pick it up myself?
- Unfortunately, no. Due to safety concerns, we are required to set up and take down every rental. This ensures your safety, as the units can be very heavy, as well as allows us an opportunity to review the rules and regulations regarding the operation of the unit. SAFETY FIRST!
- 7.) Are the units clean?
- Yes, our units are vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned prior to each use.
- 8.) How large are your moonbounces?
- Our units are Very BIG 15′ x 15′.
- 9.) How much room do I need to set up?
- A 20′ x 20′ area that is semi-level, clear of any rocks, sticks, roots, etc that could puncture the bounce is required. Also, if you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please ensure it is turned off and the sprinkler heads will not engage.
- 10.) How many kids can safely bounce at once?
- Taking into consideration the size of the bounce and the bouncers, we provide the following maximum capacity numbers.

(NOTE: Children under the age of 4 require extra supervision.)

- 11.) Can we set up the bounce on concrete or asphalt?
- Yes, a tarp will be placed under the MoonBounce,however for safety reasons, we prefer that the bounce be placed on a level, grassy area.
- 12.) How do you keep the bounce from blowing away?
- While they are full of air, the bounces themselves are quite heavy, we use large sandbags at each corner of the moonbounce if it is being set up on concrete or asphalt or they will be staked down to avoid moving around in grassy areas.
- 13.) Help us help you!
- While the stakes do not go deep enough to hit utility lines, please let us know if we will be setting up near items such as drainage lines or sprinkler lines to prevent damage.
- 14.) Are you Insured?
- We are insured. This insurance is very expensive and is not always carried by some of our competitors. Be sure to ask anybody you rent from if they carry liability insurance!
- 15.) Do you rent tables and chairs?
- We do not currently rent tables and chairs, however our partner company, Loudoun Event Rentals, does rent these items. Please see the link at the bottom of our home page for a link to their website.
- 16.) Do your moonbounces contain lead?
- No. All of our moonbounces are lead free. All of our inflatables have been manufactured right here in the U.S.A.
